Thermor Limited has launched its Fruition fruit infuser brand in the U.S. market, targeting the independent gift and gourmet store channel.
With the Fruition bottle, consumers are able to place fruit or other ingredients in the infusion basket at its bottom and push up on the rubber base to actively add the flavor of its contents to the water in the bottle in minutes. They can control the amount of flavor by the amount of squeezes.
Fruition’s 20-ounce vessel is made of Tritan and it is designed to be used with cold or hot water— for example, when utilizing loose leaf tea in its infusing basket to create an iced tea.
Some beverage recipes on the Fruition website and which it is sharing via social media are Blue and White Iced Tea (white tea and blueberries), Mango Kiwi-Lime and Citrus Sunshine. Fruition is sharing its marketing messaging via social media outlets, and also has videos available for retailers to support the bottles at the point of sale.
The Fruition fruit infuser bottles are offered with removable silicone sleeves in the fruit-inspired color names of Kiwi-Lime, Blueberry and Pink Grapefruit, and at a suggested retail price of $24.99.
The company has warehouses in Buffalo, Toronto, and at press time, was set to soon open up a Los Angeles location.
