Tractor Supply Promotes Three Executives

Tractor Supply Company has made several key management promotions in its merchandising, store operations and supply chain functions.

Seth Estep, svp/general merchandising, has been promoted to evp/chief merchandising officer. Estep has served as svp/general merchandising of Tractor Supply since 2017. A 13-year veteran of Tractor Supply, Estep was named a member of the company’s executive committee in June 2019.

John Ordus, svp/store operations, has been promoted to evp/chief stores officer. John Ordus has served as svp/store operations since 2015 and was named a member of the company’s executive committee in June 2019. Ordus has over two decades of farm and ranch retail experience.

Colin Yankee, svp/supply chain, has been promoted to evp/chief supply chain officer. Yankee joined Tractor Supply in 2015 as svp/supply chain. Prior to joining Tractor Supply, Yankee was vp/logistics for Neiman Marcus from 2013 to 2015. Before Neiman Marcus, Yankee served in senior logistic roles at Target.

In addition, the company said that Yankee and Christi Korzekwa, svp/marketing, have been named to its executive committee of which Estep and Ordus were already members.
