Tractor Supply Co. has announced that it will the open its 1,300th store tomorrow, as the chain grows toward its estimated capacity of 2,100 store locations in the United States The 1,300th store will operate in Bullhead City, AZ.
Tractor Supply operates stores in every state except Alaska and Utah, the company pointed out, adding that it had entered Arizona, Nevada, and Wyoming in 2013 and anticipates opening its first Utah store later this year.
“The opening of our 1,300th store marks another milestone in Tractor Supply’s 76-year history,” said Greg Sandfort, president and CEO, in announcing the store opening. “We have grown significantly, but our commitment to our mission and values and being the most dependable supplier of basic maintenance products has not changed. While we are pleased with our progress, we are even more excited about our company’s future and the tremendous growth opportunities ahead.”
