Jaana Tuominen, the new president and CEO of Fiskars Corporation, will assume her duties on October 9.
Tuominen joins Fiskars from Paulig Group where she had served as CEO. She was appointed president and CEO of Fiskars Corporation on June 20. Prior to that, she held global leadership positions at GE Healthcare.
Teemu Kangas-Kärki, interim president and CEO, will continue in his role as COO, member of the executive leadership team and deputy to the CEO starting October 9 as well.
At the time of the initial announcement of her appointment, Paul Ehrnrooth, chairman of Fiskars’ board of directors, said, “Jaana is a seasoned executive with wide-ranging leadership experience and a strong track record in building international brands and developing global businesses.
