TVS Brings Sustainability Focus To Natura Cookware

Italian cookware manufacturer TVS is introducing its Natura line. The cookware collection is designed to appeal to consumers who prefer sustainability, the company said.

The line is designed to be eco-friendly, and is made with technology that uses plant compounds and recycled aluminum, and with recyclable packaging, according to the company. The cookware is also non-stick using the company’s new Vegetek coating, which is said to allow consumers to make meals without added fats or oils. The Vegetek coating combines scratch resistance and wear of mineral particles with the non-stick qualities of specific plant compounds, the company noted.

The Natura line contains a fry pan, a wok in two different sizes, a two-handle pan, two sauce pans, a roasting pan, a grill pan and a crepe pan. The pieces are highlighted with a soft-touch handle that has a wood look. According to TVS, the products are safe for any cooking surface, including induction, and are also dishwasher safe.
