Twin-Star Prepares Shipping Programs To Support Retailers

Twin-Star Home Furnishings is preparing for the winter season with programs to help support retail sales of its heating products and a range of new furniture items for the Fall High Point Market. Twin-Star said that it offers two programs for orders placed by container and shipped to location.

The TSI Express Program is Twin-Star’s domestic container service for stock items that quick ship, and the 20 Program is a China direct container initiative. The order must fill a 29-foot container with pricing based on the designated zone for any particular state.

“In preparation for another cold and snowy winter, we have filled our Twin-Star International warehouses with ClassicFlame and ChimneyFree electric fireplaces, as well as Duraflame and PowerHeat electric heaters so our retailers will have plenty of inventory to stock their shelves during the upcoming cold season,” said Marc Sculler, Twin-Star co-president. “By the pallet or by the container, our domestic shipping program meets the needs of all size retailers and quickly ships directly to their door.”

For ordering by the pallet, Twin-Star offers the 3PP, or 3 Piece Pallet, program, which represents domestic inventory pricing for in-stock item orders.  The order must include three items that will ship on one pallet, and electric fireplace mantel orders must include an insert for consideration under the program. Twin-Star also drop ships over 300 items from its domestic inventory to anywhere in the contiguous United States.

The company’s product line includes new mantels with electric inserts, including Bluetooth-based home entertainment media consoles. It also includes wall mount electric fireplaces that can efficiently provide supplemental heat for rooms from 400 square feet to 1,000 square feet.

At the Fall High Point Market, beginning October 16, Twin-Star will feature its electric fireplaces, TV stands, desks, metal bed frames, curios, kitchen islands, speaker shelves and wine bars, all in domestic inventory and ready to ship, as well as a new line of mirrors with behind-surface storage.
