Walmart has selected Bazaarvoice to help suppliers collect and display online ratings and reviews.
The user-generated content services firm will contribute to Walmart’s Connected Content Partner Program, one that helps shoppers make online and in-store purchase decisions. Walmart’s Connected Content Partner Program officially launches in early 2019.
Bazaarvoice said it will use its expertise to drive down cost and create efficiencies for suppliers who need to collect, leverage and scale online user-generated content.
