Williams-Sonoma has launched the Design Crew, a new cross-brand interior design and decorating services program.
Customers will be able to work with the Design Crew, a team of design experts who specialize in helping find the right products and services for a variety of needs at home, across all eight Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands, including Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation and West Elm.
Now available, customers can visit any store in the company’s portfolio to schedule a free consultation with a Design Crew expert to help with their personalized decorating or shopping needs. The Design Crew is specially trained to help customers with decorating, renovating, entertaining, cooking and gift giving, the company said. The service can help support interior design with style and inspiration recommendations, create custom floor plans to design a look in one room or across multiple spaces, organizing and entertaining needs, and, for a fee, installation and assembly services.
In addition, members of The Key, Williams-Sonoma, Inc.’s reward program, will receive 3% back in rewards on any purchase across the company’s retail brands.
