Second quarter company-wide net revenue at Williams Sonoma was up 6.1% as sales growth at West Elm and Pottery Barn Kids and Teen were key drivers.
Total net revenues were $1.3 billion, an increase over net revenue of $1.2 billion in the comparable quarter in 2017. Net earnings were $51.7 million, down slightly from net earnings of $52.9 million in the comparable quarter the previous year.
Overall same-store sales grew 4.6%. By brand, same-store sales were up 2% at Pottery Barn, 9.5% at West Elm, 1.6% at Williams Sonoma and 5.7% at Pottery Barn Kids and Teen.
Retail net revenues were up 3.1% to $588 million, while e-commerce net revenues increased 8.9% to $687 million. E-commerce sales now account for 53.9% of total company net revenues.
The company also raised its full-year guidance to $5.656 billion to $5.665 billion, with comparable brand revenue growth raised to now be between 3% and 5%.
