Zojirushi is growing its array of mugs and food jars in its line of vacuum insulated containers. The lines, to be offered at the Housewares Show, will include new stainless mugs and bottles and a new stainless steel food jar.
All of Zojirushi’s mugs, bottles, food and lunch jars are made of stainless steel, are lightweight with compact designs and feature high-quality vacuum insulation for keeping food or beverages hot or cold for hours, the company said.
The tight-fitted lids help prevent spills and maintain temperature, all interiors are either non-stick coated or SlickSteel electro-polished to repel stains, and the lids have removable parts that disassemble for thorough cleaning.
In addition, all products are made of BPA-free plastic and 18/8 stainless steel and come with a five-year warranty on heat retention. The new hydration mugs and bottles range in size from 12- to 35-ounces and carry suggested retail prices ranging from $40 to $50.
